Driving out of Chico on the way home this morning, I turned a corner and spotted this.
Undoubtedly provoked by stories like this and this, and quotes like: "The generals love napalm. It has a big psychological effect."
Yes — yes it does.

Just goes to show you. Nothing may match the nuclear bomb in its magnitude and lasting effets but there are plenty of other nasty, indiscriminate weapons out there.
And they love the smell of it in the morning. Geeeesh.
